About Zerospread

Zerospread is a fast-growing trading desk & advisory firm offering tailored marketmaking, OTC and funding support for small and mid crypto caps. We help token issuers succeed across both primary and secondary markets, ensuring their tokens are profitable and sustainable across the lifecycle.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Developer to expand further our reach and activity. You’ll lead outbound efforts, manage relationships with token projects, funds, and exchanges, and play a key role in our expansion over new geographies and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Sell Zerospread’s marketmaking, OTC, and funding advisory solutions to projects, foundations, VCs

• Source, qualify, and close leads for primary listings and secondary market intervention

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients and distribution partners

• Represent Zerospread at industry events and within crypto communities

• Contribute to product design and go-to-market strategy

• Work closely with trading and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

Requirements

• Proven experience closing deals in the crypto space with demonstrable transposition skills for trading/MM activity

• Existing network of web3 projects, funds, or exchanges, at decision-maker level

• Self-driven and resourceful, with a founder-like mindset looking to get things done and accelerate

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Bonus

• Past experience with a marketmaking, prop/OTC desk, launchpad, CEX

• Living in a global crypto hub (singapore, dubaï, NYC...)

• Leadership position on a regional or tech ecosystem

• Deep understanding of token lifecycle, liquidity provision, and exchange dynamics
